Length of Membership
Your purchase makes you a Links Card member for a period of one year.
Premium Member Cards ships all cards via the US Postal Service. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
We do not offer returns, all sales are final.
Lost or stolen Cards
There is a $20 charge for the replacement of any lost or stolen Premium Membership Cards.
Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, you must notify Premium Member Cards of your desire to cancel within two days of initial order. We will not accept cancellations after two days of initial order.
Cancellation Refund Policy
If you have canceled an order within the two day window from time of purchase, and your credit card has already been charged, we will immediately credit your account for the amount of the purchase as long as the cards have not been shipped. If the cards that you ordered have already been shipped, and you cancel the order within the two day window, we will credit your account as soon as the cards are returned to Premium Member Cards.
Premium Member Cards are for use by the cardholder only and are not transferable or to be used by any other person other than the Member. Any violation will result in your membership being terminated without refund.

1. Acquisition of Information – We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
2. Our Employees and Privacy – We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
3. Security Measures – We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
4. Disclosure to Third Parties – We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
